  • Mini fritter bombs topped with a dollop of Greek yoghurt
  • Fresh cucumbers, red onion & cabbage, splattered with our sauces
  • Garnished with pomegranate, coriander, fried noodles & a lemon wedge
  • Canape bar build-up & break down
  • Chef to prepare hot on site
  • Hiring time of 3 hours included
  • Bookings must be done 7 days in advance (subject to availability)
  • Travel is excluded and will be added on the final invoice (R5/km return from Centurion)
