Terms and conditions

• Free delivery will apply to orders within a 55km radius if you spend more than R350.
• Any order below R350 will be subject to a delivery fee (amount to be calculated depending on address of delivery)
• If we do not receive your payment within 24 hours, the order will automatically be cancelled.

• Please be certain that your order is placed correctly, once your order has been confirmed, we cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any changes to the invoice (design, delivery/collection time, date, etc.).
• Once your order has been collected/delivered, we are not responsible for any damage incurred during transportation/setup/etc.
• Cakes are heat-sensitive! PLEASE KEEP COOL, If you are collecting, please have adequate space on a level surface such as your front passenger seat footwell, or in the car boot.
• We recommend you drive straight home/to the event venue, with the air-conditioning on & avoid stopping along the way. Please drive carefully.
• If we agree to fix any damage that occurred after an order left our store, labour & ingredients will be charged for, which will be payable upon collection of the order. We recommend budgeting for delivery rather than collection to ensure that goods are received in perfect condition.
• Please note our products are made in a kitchen which may contain traces of allergen product (such as milk, wheat, nuts, coconut, edible flowers, etc.) & we will not & cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to ingredients.
• To retain freshness and quality of the product/s purchased, please ensure that products are stored properly. Cakes should be kept in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, & enjoyed within 3 days.
• Leftovers should be stored in a sealed container at room temperature. Macarons & cupcakes should preferably be kept in an airtight container and can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
• Macaron Ice Creams will be delivered frozen, please keep frozen until ready to serve.
• All our products are freezer-friendly & can be frozen for up to 30 days.
• Products may differ slightly from the photos.
• Orders will be delivered anytime between 11 am – 6 pm (Mondays- Saturdays).
• No deliveries will take place on a Sunday/Public Holiday unless prior arrangements have been made (additional delivery fee will apply).
• If an order is required for a certain time during the day, We suggest you request for delivery a day before as Shazmins Patisserie cannot guarantee time of delivery.

Cancellation policy

• Orders are not refundable. Please contact us should you need to cancel, & we will issue a credit note.
• A full credit note will be issued on Orders cancelled more than 30 days before Delivery/Collection date
• 50% Credit note will be issued on orders cancelled within 29 days of Delivery/Collection date
• 25% Credit note will be issued on orders cancelled within 14 days of Delivery/Collection date
• No refund/credit note will be given if orders are cancelled within 7 days of delivery/collection date
